Delivery
All orders are processed in 48 hours pending availability and credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. We offer FREE Shipping, orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 7 to ten 10 business days Monday through Friday, holidays not included for the Continental United States .
Exchange Only/NO REFUNDS/Returns:
We represent our products as best we can by pictures, as well as the descriptions on our listings. Thus we can offer an exchange only, on all purchases made on our website. The following criteria will qualify you for an exchange:
We inspect every product before shipping it out, so we know the condition of the product before it is shipped
* Wrong size purchased, defective or damaged goods received.
* We must be contacted within 1 days of receipt of your package, and the goods must be returned
in the exact same condition as when received.
* All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
* Exchange item(s) for another item of the same price value or more.
* No exchange on Sale Items and Vintage Items. All sales on Vintage items are final sale.
* Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Any shipping fees associated with making exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. All exchanges must be sent, via a track-able and prepaid method, to our facility shown below. Please note that POLYON is not responsible for any exchange that are lost or stolen while in transit. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the the items as you instruct. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Cancel an order:
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we will NOT request cancellation, however, should your order/item(s) ship, simply REFUSE delivery, and when the merchandise is returned to us a refund will be initiated.
At this time we do not offer International shipping.
